This policy covers ClipToScript Pro subscriptions and one-time reel credit purchases. ClipToScript is operated by Sahila Gupta. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles payments and refunds.
If you are not happy with ClipToScript Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. This applies to your first payment and to each monthly renewal. No questions asked. For reel credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you have not used any credits from that purchase. If you have used some of the credits from a 10-reel pack, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the unused credits. Credits that did not produce a breakdown because of an error on our side are returned to your account automatically.
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once processed, they usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You can cancel Pro at any time. Cancelling stops all future payments, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund your latest payment; if you want that money back, request a refund within 7 days of the payment as described above.
If you are charged by mistake, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us and it will be refunded in full, whenever you notice it.
ClipToScript also offers a free tier with limited free use and no payment, so you can try the tool before subscribing.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be shown here with a new date, and will not reduce your right to a refund on payments you have already made.
