These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClipToScript (cliptoscript.com), operated by Sahila Gupta ("we", "us"). ClipToScript is an AI content research tool. It analyses short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts) from links or files you provide, identifies the Hook, Body and CTA, and helps you write original scripts that follow a similar structure. By using ClipToScript, you agree to these Terms.
You submit a public video link or upload a video file. ClipToScript reads the video's spoken audio, on-screen text, visuals and post caption (depending on the reading mode you choose or that is auto-detected), and uses AI to organise that content into a Hook, Body and CTA. It can then generate new "remix" scripts for a topic you choose.
ClipToScript is a research and writing tool. It does not provide video downloads, and we do not give you copies of the videos you analyse. Output is generated by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or rely on it.
You can use the free tier without an account. To use Pro, buy reel credits or use the saved research library, you need to sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
If you upload a video, it is used only to produce your analysis and is deleted from our servers automatically, normally within 20 minutes. We keep only the resulting analysis, and only if the video was broken down on Pro or with a reel credit, in which case it is saved to your library.
ClipToScript offers a free tier (free transcripts and a limited number of free breakdowns), one-time reel credits, and a Pro subscription, currently US$7.99 per month, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Reel credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription: currently US$1.99 for 1 credit or US$4.99 for 10 credits. Each credit unlocks the Hook / Body / CTA breakdown of one video up to 3 minutes long, with up to 3 remix angles, saved to your research library. Credits are used automatically when you break down a video after your free breakdowns are used up. Credits never expire while ClipToScript operates, are linked to your account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. If a breakdown fails because of an error on our side, the credit is returned to your account. Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
We may change prices or limits in future. If we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refund processing, and your purchase is also subject to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms. We provide product support.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment. See our Refund Policy.
You keep any rights you have in the links, files and topics you submit. You own the remixed scripts generated for you, to the extent the law allows, and you can use them as you wish, subject to Section 3. You allow us to process your submissions only to provide the service to you.
Breakdowns, transcripts, on-screen text readings, visual descriptions and remixes are produced automatically. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and we do not promise any level of views or performance.
ClipToScript processes content hosted on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) at your direction. We are not affiliated with these platforms, and your use of their content remains subject to their terms. Some videos may not be accessible to us; in that case you can upload the file instead.
You can stop using ClipToScript at any time and delete items from your library. To have your account deleted entirely, email us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, for subscribers, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
